stallmaniteThis is one of the two pans commercially available for home hobbiests or small boutique makers of candy. It is the cheaper of the two, both made by Mauviel. Unless you have access to 100 year old copper pans this is petty much it. Do you know of a better engineered copper pot for candy for less than let's say $250?
Btw you can make the same criticism of cast iron pots and pans.

stallmaniteSorry. I didn't see an answer to my question. Copper is preferred to candy making. Do you know of a commercially available copper pan other than the two made by Mauviel? I would certianly be interested. Oh yeah the more expensive Mauviel is made with steal.

ChicagoWayim obviously not saying its a bad product you fucking [moderated], im obviously just saying that copper is not the brightest idea for a handle material on a pan, and they probably could have made the pan cheaper still if they picked anything else.
