Anyone know if the measurement applies to the bottom of the pan or the rim? I assume bottom, but would love clarification!

sanchoxI have no doubt that the diameter stated in the description applies to the rim. I don't think anyone states dimensions for just the bottom of the pan, if that's the only number, assume it's edge to edge diameter.

sanchoxI believe it is across the top rim, with the measurement at the bottom of the pan being smaller.
