I got my keyboard back yesterday, and love it. Unfortunately, when I first got the board, my board would not work with any device. I talked to tech support, who had decent response times. They issued an rma. I sent my board in and they fixed it.
I received my keyboard two or three days ago and just today one of the keys started to making a pinging sound. I'm not sure how to fix it and am wondering if it is possible to send it back to Max Keyboards to fix or replace...if that is even worth the hassle.
Just got my keyboard in today ! I was so excited to plug this beauty in and use it, but to my surprise I received a faulty keyboard. I guess its some sort of loose wiring but the slightest tap or movement and the whole keyboard turns off. Gunna try to get it replaced.
When I ordered this last month I did not expect it to arrive on my birthday of all dates. Thanks for the super-fast shipping Massdrop, totally didn't expect it this soon.
