Mine just arrived. It's almost perfectly balanced (more than any other spinner I have). It's no looser at the axle than my others.
I have a smaller "executive" style spinner that's very snappy. I bought this one because 1) it's bigger, 2) it's about the same mass, and 3) it has tapered lobes to be snappy.
All three panned out, so I consider this a great spinner.
