I have just recieved my Nighthawk X7. This is my first mechanical keyboard and i am very happy with it. In the past i have only had laptop keyboards and a Razer Anansi so these are what i will compare it too. I feels very study and has minor flex when twisted and no flex when pressed hard. the back lighting is very bright and more than enough. The keys feel study and there is no miss moulds under the caps. The individual backlighting is amazing, it is a feature i have never had and i am really liking. The blue switches are quite loud but that doesnt really bother me, i enjoy knowing when i have pressed the key and the tactile bump is very nice coming from a history of non-mechanical keyboards.
I believe this keyboard is well worth the price even at full retail price.
