This is my first experience with MD and, whenever my Amp finally arrives, I am afraid it will be my last.
I was interested in being part of a like minded community of audio enthusiasts and I will admit that there was a little attraction towards the bulk buy discount. In reading reviews about MD I knew that there would be some delay in shipping to Australia but I did not expect that: a) it would take so darn long; and b) I would be unable to get any information from the shipping company.
MD have attempted to get info from USPS on my behalf but it has been to no avail. USPS allege that they attempted delivery to my workplace 8 days ago however their message states that it failed (no reason given even though it was attempted well within our normal business hours).
Any discount that was initially achieved through the bulk buy collaborative has been seriously eroded by the delays in delivery and the frustrations of dealing with MDs chosen shipping company. The trickle of reported faults of the equipment (real or perceived) has only served to make me lose confidence in, and make me anxious about, the product that I hope to eventually receive.
I will just mark this down to an online shopping experiment that did not go as planned and return to purchasing my items from FleaBay.
Very disappointing.

Edit: got my fixed unit back, seems to be working well.
