No manual, no link for the software. On the package it says to visit the manufacturers page for instructions, but there are no instructions anywhere.
One foot cannot be fastened properly because the hole is not deep enough.
For 300$ I think that is very disappointing.

I'm pretty disappointed with Percent Studio. There are several problems with my board:
- Both the plate and the PCB were a little over 1mm too wide to fit into the case.
- The screw hole in one of the feet was not drilled deep enough to tighten it all the way down. It's very loose and rattles against the bottom of the case.
- One of the aluminium keycaps is so loose that simply flipping the keyboard upside down causes it to fall off.
- It did not come with assembly instructions or a link to download the software needed to program it. I submitted a support ticket on Percent's website last week, asking for a link, and have received no response. At this time, I assume the software is not available. .
