Just got my order and they are gorgeous, however my D20 is crooked... The side with the 20 on it is not the right angle and is slanted to the rest of the die. (Not parallel to the opposing surface..)
Edit: I emailed the company and they not only responded on a sunday, but they are sendinge a replacement free of charge!
10/10 would purchase again. :)

Farritcontacted the vendor directly via the business card included and they emailed the next day willing to ship replacement die for my chipped ones. excellent customer service and looking fw to getting the replacements!
