OtoriThey sent me an email saying I could return this or wait indefinitely without update for the rest of the set. So I'd definitely say they want us to forget. Maybe I should return it and just send the bag the d20 was in, it seems like that's how massdrop does business so not returning what I promised should be fine.
GAK00A minute? A few days would be annoying but acceptable. It is close to 3 weeks since I was last contacted with any update. We all purchased a product that was clearly defined. And instead of getting what was promised we received 1/7th of what we paid for. If this was any other online retailer would you honestly be okay with this situation. When it comes to a business model that depends greatly on customers' faith that they get what they pay for any situation like this should be handled much better than this.
GAK00They specifically didn't tell us what happened, they said they were looking into figuring out what happened, they haven't said anything as to why it actually happened, nor provided any actual answers as to how/when they are getting the full set of dice we purchased.
