With easy rechargeability, don't know that batter life is as big a deal. Anyone know if strobe is accessible from off or does light have to be on?

mring1The light has to be on to access strobe. Strobe and Turbo mode are forbidden features, to activate them, just triple click from any mode whenever it is on or off to access Turbo, then click again to go to Strobe.

mring1except that these are not replaceable batteries and the battery will have diminished life after repeated charging. does it really only have 5-6 minutes on high (when new)? as cool as this is, i think I'll stick with my Tip CRI
