After much anticipation just recieved my light in the mail today. So excited. Checked the charge, removed the plastic disc in the tail cap and let's see what this baby can do. Give it a twist and nothing..... Opened it up and removed the battery to find the positive contact has leaked inside the light and corroded the spring. Now to contact customer service and get my brand new light replaced. :(

CrablesJust received mine, too. Not even close to the numerous illustrations in the drop. I am terribly disappointed in Mass Drop for such blatant misrepresentation, I feel quite betrayed. Mass Drop's resolution of this 'bait-and-switch' deal will determine the future of my membership.

arnelbI thought it would be about the size of my little Maratac light which uses the same battery. The Maratac has a separate screw on charging head, but did not think this light would be this much bigger. Still waiting to hear back from support.

arnelbI finally recieved a response. They offered to let me ship it back for a full refund or issue me a $5 credit towards my next purchase to cover the cost of a replacement battery. Guess I have to pay return shipping as well.

"We'll sell you a broken, non-functioning item, and if you try to get what you paid for, you'll have to pay even more. If you think we stand behind the products we sell, you are mistaken."
