Received a defective, non-working product. Customer support suggested I make them a video detailing how & why it doesn't work, which I think is absolutely ludicrous. I want a replacement or my money back, end of story. Who do I send this thing to to confirm it doesn't work? I have never had a problem with anything I've purchased through Massdrop until NOW, definitely not happy about this.
