There's a design flaw with these flashlights: inside, between a head and body, there is a plastic black disc that protects/separates body's circuitry from the head. This disc tends to broke very soon, and it also disrupts proper head rotation making it stutter at some points. I have Ti and SS versions - both have this problem.

I think the only fix is to have hundred of spare discs. This is just bad design.

Thanks for sharing this info! I would not buy then, seems like a bad design decision. I was eyeing the Ti version. My other small lights (these all have the same OEM design BTW) use a soft foam disc and that disc does not break from regular use.
