I purchased one of these cables directly from @mechcables and I can confirm that his cable doesn't work on my CTRL keyboard. I bought the cable specifically for my CTRL.
Update: Just want to say Mech Cables are a good buy. I received a cable I had issues with and they were quick to send me a replacement. After further discussions with the folks at Mech Cables I was informed that the trick in getting the cable to working with the CTLR keyboard is in the length you order. A 6 - 7 foot cable is the sweet spot from what I was told. Can anyone confirm?

patthickeyThe size difference can be seen in the previous Laser cable drop (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/mechcables-laser-custom-sleeved-usb-cable). The jumbo variant in this drop is midnight blue with dark purple techflex. Its color will be the same as the coiled portion of the cable in the image of this drop.

OtircamI would like to do an aviator drop at some point but TRRS is less likely. Nothing is in the works yet but I plan on making some samples to send in soon.

If there was a red version of that coiled cable, I would join the drop immediately.. One of the few things that I don't like about my Cooler Master Master Keys Pro S is that it using Micro USB rather than USB C. USB C is so much more durable and practical, too bad not many devices use it yet, my phone and the cable for my wireless phone charger are my only 2 personal devices that currently use USB C.

its a large picture of laser ALT dawn! I wish they had this photo in the drop page, I went with dusk because they had more pictures of it. helps with the visualizing.
