*DO NOT BUY*
As soon as i took it out of the box and plugged it into my 600$ custom keyboard, i got the windows connect and disconnect sound over and over, typing never worked at all, and the keyboard was fully unresponsive. I plug in my old cable, and back to working perfect.
Before anyone thinks it may be my keyboard itself, my other cables work fine, and the case is a Drop-Alt HP so definitely shouldn’t be an issue.
Edit: Support was quick and sent me a replacement one, once it could be shipped out, no struggle. That one also came broken, and support drew up some things we could do to work it out. Product didn’t workout for me at all, but the Drop team came through in the end.

bludzyHi bludzy! Sorry for the late response - Please reach out to us directly with your order info so that we can send a replacement. The ALT is a power-hungry board and there are some tweaks we can make to the cable to achieve better compatibility.

CTRL -> Powered Hub -> 14 inch MBP Not Working
While it is a beautiful cable, I haven't been able to power my CTRL keyboard with it plugged into my powered hub while I am able to do so with my default usb c cable from my moonlander.
