I got the regular M6 sports. They aren't horrible for what you pay. But like others have said they are cheaper on Amazon, albeit after the drop had ended. Anyways, they are worth what I paid and I will get their worth out of them. The sound is okay, it is kinda "fuzzy" like others have said, but no more so than other cheap "headphones"/"earbuds"/"IEMs". The case is actually really good too, so there's that.
Yes, there is a case, and they are resistant to moisture but the grating treble makes them useless. It would be better to spend $2 more on less irritating sound. The sound quality is worse than cheaper products like Panasonic Ergofit 125 and other mentioned earlier.
And apart from the fail in the essential feature, they are cheaper elsewhere and delivered faster. So what's the case, is HiFiMan giving Amazon a better deal (than to dealer with customer more likely to upgrade), or is Massdrop willing to sacrifice customer satisfaction for measly bucks just to avoid screening out shovelware?
