I got the P2. I was hoping for the PX but that's the nature of these drops. Despite this, I am very pleased.
These are the most expensive audio listening devices I have ever purchased. Before that it was the TFZ Series IIs, which are great value—but not like these are. The audio is very good, and unbeatable for the price. The cable isn't great and it's hard to fit everything in the carrying case, because the cable is thick and rubbery but, for $70, I find that forgivable. Five stars, I might join the next drop too.

I got the Pinnacle PX.
I am not sensitive to sound.
So I am very satisfied with this product.
Next time there is a chance, there is a willingness to buy again. I'm satisfied.

Did you ever sit down at a grand piano and play a handful of really really loud keys in the first or second octave? The strings rumble, and the whole room is momentarily engulfed. The primary notes are almost too deep to hear, but you feel them in your chest, and you hear layers of harmonics reverberating in and out as the heavy piano shudders under your fingers. The sound is loud, and complex. It's visceral.
I don't normally write reviews, but I'm listening to William Joseph's version of "Mad World" on my new PXs right now and was compelled to say something. That piano... wow! I feel like I'm playing it myself. Each key has its own space and texture. All the while the music feels effortless, like the headphones aren't even breaking a sweat. They sit snugly in my ears, with a reassuring weight that I really like. And I'm allowed to exhale and relax back back away into the music.
I'm going to have to go home and sanity check my joy by comparing these to my Senn HD600s and Hifiman RE600S. "Sanity check my joy" - did I just say that? Screw that. I'm just going to cue up Sublime's "Santeria" and go back to loving this experience. :)

My Blue Box was a Pinnacle PX and overall I'm fairly pleased with it. As mindhead1 mentioned in his excellent comments, I would have actually preferred the Pinnacle P2 as my primary use case would be using this with my iphone. The high impedance of the PX definitely showed itself when trying to run it off of my lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Here are my initial impressions: Fit- I am glad that it came with a nice assortment of eartips. I have always been a fan of the comply foam type tips and these worked the best for me to get a nice seal. I found the earbuds to be a good size for my ears which are slightly smaller than average. I can't handle large earbuds. I did find that wearing them for over an hour did result in slight discomfort along the Cavum Concha. I prefer to wear these over the ear as I found this to provide the best sound and fit.
These are slightly heavy earbuds and I can feel the weight of them in my ears compared to my familiar Shure 535s. The weight was never distracting or uncomfortable so largely it wasn't an issue, just something noticeable. In light activity the earbuds did not show any signs of movement and stayed in place. I have not tried running with them and I'm not sure if I will to be honest.
Aesthetics- I found the subdued look to be pleasing and the painted finish on the metal housing is good quality. It will be interesting to see how well they hold up over time.
Cable- The included cable was not really to my liking. It is easily kinked and tangles. It works in a pinch, but I switched cables to one that was thinner and tangle free. My hearing is not to the ability to discern differences in sound based on cables so I use cables that are convenient for me and don't tangle. I don't use the fancy silver coated and high core count cables as I am not able to hear a big enough difference.
Sound- Having not broken them in yet, so far the sound is best described from my opinion as pleasant. There is no sibilance in the trebles. The bass is there but not as tight as I like. Part of the problem is that I am trying to drive these 50 ohm iems from an iphone, and it's quite apparent that it's asking way too much to drive these with a phone. The sound stage feels small and the bass feels a bit warm for my liking. I prefer a punchy almost popping bass over booming bass.
The sound is clear without punishing treble and it's very easy to listen to for long periods of time. I can easily locate positioning of instruments but everything feels like it's on one plane. There is very little sense of elevation. Again many of these shortcomings could possibly be remedied by powering with a proper amp.
Conclusion- Overall I am quite pleased with this product and they were a great value for the price of the bluebox.
Update: As expected when properly driven these really begin to shine. The soundstage opens up a bit but still is a very intimate experience. These really only sound good when properly driven with an amplifier.

My Blue Box is black and white and contained the Massdrop Pinnacle PX.
I'm not complaining, I knew the risk when I signed up. But I think I might have preferred the P2. It's just that my primary use case was going to be with my iPad Pro and Pixel 2 (#donglelife). The PX are a little harder to drive than the P2. I have done some initial listening through both devices and the PX sound really good, but I need to max out the volume to get adequate listening level.
So far I am getting the best isolation with the double wing(?) silicone tips. The PX fit my ears very well. I have no problems getting them on (over ear cable placement) and they feel very secure in my ears. Overall A+ for comfort and fit.
My initial sound impressions are very positive. As previously mentioned I need to max out my iPad Pro and Pixel 2 to get adequate listing levels. Separation and detail are good and the sound is balanced with a dark edge. Mids and highs are where I like them. Vocals and horns are clear and up front and not sibilant. Bass is slightly boomy but not distractingly so.
Via my Aune X1S they PX are in their element. The characteristics I described when driven by the iPad Pro and Pixel 2 are still true, but the added power adds a little more heft to the low end and I get the impression of a wider soundstage.
Overall my initial impressions are very positive and I think the PX have a not fatiguing sound quality that will be good for long listening sessions. Unfortunately, I am not sure they are going to meet my mobile needs as my current devices don't drive them to my satisfaction. As I wrote that last sentence I realized I am just making an excuse to get another set of IEM.
Edit: Day 2
I took the PX into the wild for the coffe shop test. I have a good seal and fit with the 2 flange silicone tips. Passive noise isolation is really good. These should work well on a plane, train or in the street.
I am driving the PX with my iPad Pro and unlike yesterday, I find I can get them to acceptable listening levels for work purposes (reponding to emails, reading, etc.). 75% to 100% range. I will say that the sound stage decreases when driven from the iPad Pro. I spent the better part of last night enjoying the PX via my Topping NX4 and still recommend an amp for best PX performance.

These are the most expensive iems i've ever owned, and i love them only previous iems i had from mee audio was m6 pros . As other reviewers stated it needs more power, huge difference between my iphone > lightning to 3.5mm dongle vs my iphone > lighting usb >ifi micro idsd black label. So over all i suggest anyone who ends up getting px or p1 toget a decent portable amp, don't really need the one i have i was running hifiman he-6s on them
