Nice pair of IEMs for the price
I bought these to use for monitoring during rehearsals and recording with my band and they are nice for that purpose, especially given the price. The sound seems a touch less revealing and more compressed than my Hifiman RE400, and also a bit more bassy (but not overpoweringly so). I'd still call these fairly neutral sounding, though. Isolation is great, especially with the comply tips - though these are a bit uncomfortable to me to wear for long. Perhaps I would do better with a slightly smaller size tip. The fit is nice and comfortable, but I dislike the very rigid cable - I ordered a different one almost immediately. The bundled cable is basically impossible to straighten, and does not have memory wire ear hooks (which makes wearing them over the ear wear less secure and comfortable). In short, at the moment I still slightly prefer the Hifiman RE400 for music listening, but I use the MEE P2 when playing music due to a more secure over the ear fit and great isolation. For the very low (42$) asking price at Drop I think they are terrific value and would recommend them, but do keep in mind you may need to replace the bundled cable for better comfort (bought mine for ~7$).

dominikzI ordered these and they will arrive soon. Reading lots about people replacing the cable. What cable would you recommend? 3,5mm jack, no mic. Thanks in advance! (Europe, btw)

TmoomTThis is the cable I bought: link. I was looking for a cheap but sturdy cable with memory wire earhooks (as I wear these IEMs over-the-ear). The new cable definitely works better for me, but note that the cable braid is fairly thick - if you need a lighter and thinner cable it might be worth looking elsewhere.
