I recived two emails in the begining, after that nothing? I understand that the delivery take longer to Sweden, but it sure would be nice with some updates along the way...
my order status is also: "ORDER PLACED WITH THE VENDOR"

The tracking should appear after it has left the vendor.. It will look something like this https://i.imgur.com/0wD9dZG.png - under your DROP STATUS there will be "Shipped" and a link to the tracking site (at least it was like this with my previous drop...).

Do you have any update on your case?! I still have no information from the support, that's ridiculous - I've created a support request on 8th of Feb. and all I have for now is " I am still waiting for updated information regarding your order from our logistics team. As soon as I receive an update I will be in touch to bring you up to speed. "....

I got this mail a few hours after I sent the mail to suppor;

My orderd headphone got delivered a few days ago, I never had a tracking number sent to me. Well happy it is hear now - and for the money it sounds really good :)
