I had to cancel my drop but have heard nothing since ? I emailed customer support and no reply either ? Anyone know what the process is with cancellations ? Thanks.
Go to 'Transaction' menu from the profile drop down menu and look for 'Cancel Order' button next to any active drop.
Thanks but I had already cancelled it ...I am just wondering about my refund as paypal was already charged. I have no orders listed under my profile but got notification of cancellation ?
It shouldn't be charged per say, but on hold. I think it takes a few days for them to make the money active again on your account.
Massdrop won't charge you until the drop ends. In this case, the drop is still active so it's definitely not charged yet. If you check your PayPal account, you'll notice that what you have is an "authorisation" to pay Massdrop and it's status is still "pending". If you cancelled, then it's probably already gone -- but you were definitely not charged so no refund necessary.
