Case is nice. Great for the price. It isn't anything fancy, and the straps inside seem a little on the lower end of quality, but it does the job. If you have an expensive keeb, with a nice finish on it, I'd use a microfiber cloth to wrap it in before putting in case. Additionally, and extra section of foam put into the case helps keep the contents from moving around inside.
The Rigidity's ok and it'll definetly fit 99,9% of 65% keyboards even with taller keycaps sets (without cables and accessories mine seems hollow with a Tofu65).
The only reasons i'm not giving 5 stars are the following:
The odour when it arrives is a little strong, but leaving it outside a couple of days solves the problem -> annoying but nothing serious.
The zips are not perfect and could improve in quality, nothing seems particularly fragile but a better zip could improve the overall quality of the product.
The straps are ok, but not elastic. This causes no problem with my Tofu65 with dsa caps, but could feel not so secure with a smaller or flatter keyboard. Also they're a bit annoying since way too rigid, but maybe over time it imporves.
A bit bulky. Maybe the space for cables and accessories's a bit too much, but that's simply a personal preference and for somwone with a lot of extras to carry around the accessories pouch is definetly ok.
I know that some of these problems could be considered nitpicking, it's just that the sum of them make me still recommend the product but not give them 5 stars.
I could probably fit two keyboards in there if I wanted to. This would be a bonus for some but there is nothing protecting the keyboard from whatever is put in the top section. This cost it a star. I would love to see better use of the top section with some pockets or a soft velvet flap that could be used to separate the top and bottom sections. It would also be an option to make the top smaller - perhaps half its current size. Enough room for a cable or two.
The case is also not overly hard and I am concerned that it could crush in my bag but until it does so I will leave my rating at 4 stars. Overall I’m happy.
Edit months later: So the case did in fact compress within weeks. It was not strong enough to live in the bag without damage. It still protects the keyboard but looks pretty beaten up.
It's a pretty standard case and is nice, but I do prefer some of the fancier and more expensive ones with customizable foam inside. I personally think it's worth it to spend more on the nicer cases if you have a fancy board going in it, but for 65% pre-builds or cheaper customs, this is great and serves its purpose well.
