Any keycap profile (or switch, or layout, etc) can be "usable" for gaming, whether or not you find it comfortable is entirely personal preference.

not really i tried mt3 profile and while they are good for typing it feels bad for gaming

I have 2 mt3 sets and have no issues gaming with them. Preference.

Can't comment on this particular profile, but I've used OEM, Cherry, SA and MT3 for both typing and gaming. I found SA and MT3 are both doing well for gaming and typing. I just hate OEM and Cherry profiles (I personally love high profile). So yet, it'll be purely personal preference. However, MT3 is a modified version of SA and MDA is a lower profile of SA, so...
