Due to the insane delay and lack of updates for this set I'll never buy from Drop again. This situation is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to us customers.
It's nothing to do with drop my dude, it's Melgeek! I just spent $400 on their website for a nice custom cable and an electrophoresis aluminum case and they ship it out, only to let me know I've randomly been blacklisted by DHL after I sent them an email wondering why I haven't even received tracking on a 5 day shipping. (which highly doubtful I'm blacklisted since I received a package from them not even 2 months ago and It arrived in 4 days from China and the driver even made sure it was placed in my hands before leaving). Anyways, they are now holding my money hostage until this package that's God knows where in China gets back to them until I can get a refund.
But that's just the most recent BS with there company. Many people including myself ordered the Mojo60 dusk/dawn ember keyboard on drop in November of last year! And I understand that COVID-19 made everything crazy for everyone so we all tried to be as patient as possible considering it was supposed to be delivered long ago. But then we all noticed a pattern that it had nothing to do with Drop or Covid...it's purely Melgeeks lack of communication AT ALL. So we still haven't received the Mojo60 keyboard that's going on a full year now, and not only that we don't even know where they are or when they are even planning on coming. (But we all know that they are completely finished because everyone who ordered the same group buy directly from Melgeeks website has received their keyboard...and I even ordered the same keycap set that is on the Mojo60 ember keyboard 4 months ago from a 3rd party website and got them in 5 days.)
But just wanted to say that it's not Drops fault in any Melgeek product group buy, that's 100% that shady ass company...but I feel your pain as does many other people.
