It doesn't look like there are a lot of chips. Only 20 of each chip. If I use black as 100 chips and green as 25, thats 2000 + 500 = 2500 worth of chips, plus the reds and whites (5, 1). I could add in 20 blues at 500 but that would get us to 12500.... That may work for small games, but for larger tournaments ... I dunno.
