We've repeatedly been in touch with the vendor and they've informed us that they are still awaiting a new batch of units to ship to our warehouse to complete the group's order. We will keep checking in until everything is en route to us and turned around to each of you.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Merkur Futur Razor Set and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 5/24.

What lathering method is the brush best suited to?
I face lather, and use 23-24mm wide knots with a 50mm loft in Finest for face lathering. I find that works perfectly for me. The Finest in these dimensions has a nice balance of stiffness and softness, and just feels luxurious and substantial without being floppy.
I believe Silvertip is softer and floppier? The knot also looks to be on the slightly long side. I imagine this brush is better suited to bowl lathering? What is the lenght of the knot (specs give 25mm as width, but no length)?
Also, can anyone say whether a glass bowl of Tabac will fit on the 4 piece bowl platform OK without bumping into the bottom of the brush and razor? Or a vintage Old Spice mug (I keep Mitchell's Wool Fat in this one), or a plastic tub of Proraso/Omega soap?
I think I'm going to spring for the 4 piece set. I looks pretty nice in chrome, IMO.
P.S. Oh, I see Xris_S gave some measurements for the bowl size. The glass Tabac jar is pretty high. Looks like it may not fit in place of the bowl.

dsSaccount1: I believe that's the correct model number. I've been using this set for the better part of the last year and I inherited it from my late stepfather who had been using it since at least as far back as 2009 or so. The silvertip knot holds up well and only occasionally sheds a hair. The biggest issue with the brush that I have is that you have to get used to holding it closer to the hair than you instinctively would because of the length of the handle while you're building lather. The handle length is really nice for applying it to your face, though.
