HassanSHi, the pin basting drop encountered the same ups issue, but massdrop is offering a $10 refund for delay. Why aren't customers from this drop offered the same refund?

We get additional credit/discounts from our various distributors and I am currently working with them to see if we can get the group anything additional for the wait. If we are able to come to an agreement with them I will update the group via email.
