View Full Discussion The vendor informed us that the group's order for Fog and Black was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 4/1. We will be sure to prioritize the incoming shipment so that all packages are turned around as quickly as possible.
Due to unexpected supply constraints, the vendor is backordered on Soft White. They expect to be able to ship the remainder of the group's order around mid-April. If your order is part of the affected group, Community Support has already reached out to you. The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor for the Soft White bolts, we will provide you all with updated information.
