I participated in the Kickstarter campaign, so I have a lot of experience with this item. Unlike a lot of Kickstarter companies, I believe the company is doing its best to offer support and software upgrades to their users.
This is a great "first" 3D printer for the uninitiated, but as previously commented, the build area is quite small and the software is very limited unless you are a G code guru.
The print quality is pretty good overall.
