I bought this because I liked the idea of being able to measure as I grated but it ended up being completely impractical/uncomfortable to use. My full sized Microplane 40020 zester/grater can take down a block of Parmesan in less than half the time.

cewangTo be fair, it never advertised itself as a large grater. It even has "micro" in the name. I think the fault is on you for expecting such.

JaytalFirst of all, this review is almost a year old so I'm not sure why you feel the need to blame me now. Numerous other reviewers have made similar comments. Secondly, Microplane is the name of the company that makes these graters so this is irrelevant to the size of the grater.
