I have the Pro extra coarse for years, highly recommended. I have the Home extra fine, and while it provides good results and is very durable, I would get the Pro here if I had to choose again. I doubt if you would need the medium one.

BackspinHaven’t used it on cabbage. I just chop it up with a knife. I doubt that it will do well because you will rip and tear the cabbage in pieces by the time you drag the grater through.
