Although these look sexy, seemingly made with one continuous piece of stainless steel, if you are planning to use these for cooking instead of a split-second garnish, these are not the ones you want. Compared to its plastic or wood handled brothers, like the Home series, these are made pretty flimsy - if you need to grate a block of harder cheese, such as Parmesan or Brie, the lack of reinforcement will make it very difficult as they warp because the steel that holds the grating plate is very minimal and thin (Its brothers handle it fine). In addition, the sharpness of these seem to wear faster than its brothers, though I can't really put my finger on why. Not dishwasher recommended.
