as for using the cans themselves, it's hopeless to fit a paper canadian bill and I really doubt a plastic bill will fit inside the brass 1 (got an american bill perfectly on first try vs failing after 20min for canadian bill).
The brass II and aluminum II hold a canadian bill without breaking a sweat and I SUSPECT you can get two bills in with some respectable amount of effort (will update in day or two)
