Haven't had the big issues that some others have had so I'm somewhat lucky for that. The key benefits from external lighting but fits in nicely with my black and blue-backlit Ducky One TKL. If the maker can guarantee better quality with future builds then I'd be happy to further support.

This was my first replacement key cap and it is sadly only half way there. I would rate it 5 out of 10. Literally half the cap has some texture and color although still not as good as valley should look. The other half is basically empty. Hopefully they will be shipping me another replacement soon since they created a new batch for us. Hoping the replacement will live up to the amazing product images.

As a buyer, these suck. Don't buy. Very poor quality control. Very sharp edges; not polished like in the picture and also very underwhelming IRL. Hey MASSROP, you mind booting these scammers off your site? Too busy lining your pockets, are you?

I bought the OEM version. The key looked nothing like the description. It was mostly clear with very little color to it. The stem was very clearly visible when on a backlit keyboard. The edges were extremely sharp, unlike any key I've ever typed on, regardless of profile. The good news is that MD support was excellent and offered to either refund the money or get a replacement key.
I've read comments by the seller saying that the issue was with quality control on such a large order. Elsewhere the seller says the issue was with the OEM profile (difficult to get the colors right on a shorter key). Either way it seems amateur (either QC should have been better or they should have known they couldn't make OEM profile). Also it doesn't explain the sharp edges.
For what it's worth, a friend of mine ordered an SA key and was more satisfied. However I would have still had issues with that key. It didn't have nearly the complexity of the images shown in MD's purchase page, although admittedly 100x better than what I received.

I was excited for this cap, but the product I received doesnt look like the photos in the drop. There’s a clear seam running along the middle of the cap making it clear that it was two pieces glued together. Fortunately, the seller will be replacing my cap along with many others. I hope the new one I receive looks more like what I paid for.

First keycap I received was supposed to be Glacier. I have left my comments else where, but the Glacier I received looked almost nothing like what was shown in the original picture. In fact the bottom half of the "mountain" was missing from the keycap entirely. Also the shape of the keycap itself was hard and straight edged.
The second keycap I received looked physically ok. The color inside of the keycap was more of the blue from Northern lights. I have seen many of these keycaps now in person having gone to a recent Con for keyboards, and I haven't seen any yet that look like they were advertised. Just some of them looked presentable despite having the wrong color or wrong Glacier insides.
I have already sold my second one to someone that wanted it. Took a loss on it and I will not be buying from this manufacturer again. Honestly extremely disappointing.
