Sorry if this has been asked before but couldn't find an easy way to search:
I picked up the arrow layout but am now having second thoughts after seeing @evangs post on his key mappings. I don't want to cancel and reorder in case I lose my place in line.
Question is, it looks like the PCB is the same, so can I just solder it to fit the standard layout?
Thanks!

joshuaguildThe PCBs are the same, but when you order a specific layout, you are also picking a plate layout. The arrow layout has cutouts in the plate where the standard one does not, so this won't work.

joshuaguildYou should be able to edit your order and change the layout. Both layouts are very nice and you don't have to place arrow keys in the bottom right corner

joshuaguildI also selected the arrow layout, but with the intent to definitely not use the keys as arrows. I simply want to have one more modifier or function key in the bottom row. You can use his exact keymappings if you want to on both layouts. The keyboard is programmable, you can have every key act as every other key you want, for me the right half of the bottom row is probably gonna be enter, alt gr, function key, function key, right control, at least in the beginning ^^

evangsPerfect, thanks! I knew I could reprogram it if I wanted but preferred the larger modifiers.
