inaureoledWell considering on their wrist rest they have a swimming shark fin, rather than a bowl of shark fin soup, I'm assuming they just didn't think that association through. In the keycap set there is no "shark fin" color, and the three colors they have are food themed. I don't think the "shark fin" mouse is part of the food themed set.
