Mionix Naos
Most comfortable mouse I've ever tried (and I tried at least tree fiddy; and I'm only talking about classical mice, no vertical or stuff like that). Unfortunately, the quality is not the greatest. I've had two, both only worked for about 1.5–2 years of not so heavy use. Still, I'd love to buy more, because I can't find anything as comfortable as it was. Unfortunately, there's stock issues, as far as I gather.

Fantastic mouse, BUT
Fantastic mouse, but the wheel click button stopped working. It's upsetting because I love this mouse and Mionix customer support is a bit tough to deal with. I purchased this mouse in 2015 and it is now 2019. A 4 year life span is not very impressive. If this issue didnt exist, this would be a perfect mouse IMO, especially if you have bigger hands. Very comfortable to hold and my hand never cramped at all using this mouse. I'm a casual gamer and I had a great time gaming with this mouse. If only it didnt malfunction.

I purchased the NAOS 7000 mouse around late January, and it only worked for about a week. The failure point on my mouse was the USB cable loosing connectivity where it joins to the mouse. I probably just got a bad mouse though. While it worked , it was a nice mouse. So here's what I liked;
It's comfortable to use if you're a palm style user. It's not heavy for it's size. It tracks wonderfully.
Cons: Scroll wheel is nothing to write home about. Software could be better.
Note: Over all the mouse was nice. I own a Mionix Castor mouse as well, and that's been a solid performer, (just a little narrow for my liking.) I'd like to see a 3rd button on the side of the mouse. You see these buttons advertised as "sniper" buttons. and they're often programed to instantly lower your DPI for more accurate shots. I personally macro that button into a "ctrl" button. But that's just personal preference. This is a great mouse over all, I just wish mine worked.
Update: 9/18/2018 I took my broken mouse apart. Over all everything seems great, except where the cord meets the mouse. You can see the damage occurred at the stress relief point on the inside of the mouse. The wire casing has expanded at the break. When I opened the mouse the wire was pressed under the PCB to secure it. No glue, zip tie, or anything else.
Everything else is fine though. Soldering is solid and clean. Name brand switches and components. No burn marks on the PCB. Nice routed isolation slots cut into the PCB.

I've had this mouse (naos) for a while and it's still working great. Extremely comfortable, great for my large hands and fingertip grip

I beleive I've had this mouse for over a year and it still holds up perfectly. Mionix mice have great quality.
