From Louisville, Kentucky’s Misc Goods Co., this is solid cologne you’ll be proud to carry around. Beyond the traditional metal tin, it’s encased in cherry or walnut wood Read More
The scent stays with you for a good amount of time when you apple the cologne. However I made the unfortunate mistake of leaving one of them in my truck and the entire amount of cologne melted and basically evaporated. With that said I do plan on ordering more of the valley of gold. Not so sure about the underhill
The cases feel unfinished and kind of rough. The colognes though... boy. It was a gamble buying scents sight unseen, and I lost that bet. The partner rated Valley of Gold "the one I dislike the least." It smells like a knock-off sports deodorant purchased from a highway rest stop. Underhill is so underpowered that neither of was sure if it smelled like anything at all. After removing it from its case and giving it a deep whiff the closest description we could come up with was "the ghost of a wooden block's fart." It smells like someone describing via pantomime what cedar is.
