I picked this up during the last drop, and I forgot to ask this question then. I've noticed that the ends don't fit square around my keys; I'd have to place them around two opposite corners of the key, which means the key ends up being pulled away diagonally. Is this normal? I can take pics if necessary.

efemanPretty sure that's exactly how it's supposed to work. Not sure what you mean about the keys being pulled away diagonally though. For me, it snaps to opposite corners in a sturdy-feeling way, and then you can wiggle and pull straight up and off easily.

efemanYou should be able to pull straight up, with the metal ends around the keycap corners.

bannusI should have just looked up the video I looked at now; you're right. The small ring-style puller that came with my keyboard fits on opposite sides, not corners, so it threw me off. As for the "diagonal" comment, I just mean that the bottom edges of the caps aren't parallel to the top edges, so when you pull "up", one side gets pulled at a bit of an angle. Doesn't seem to be a problem though.
