I ordered the tigerlily/peach cap and I just received it. The actual product does not look anything like what was pictured. The "peach" part is speckled pink on white. Is it supposed to be like this?
I honestly thought the leakage in the back of the hippo head was a flaw at first too, but it looked too intentional with the design of the leak. Then I saw in the discussion more photos from the creator of the back of the caps and they're supposed to be like that. They really could've showed us this in the original pictures on the product page. Regardless, the cap still looks nothing like the colors shown.
FolioMine had exactly the same problem. If you look at the photos below, it seems like there was some kind of switcheroo here, down to the quality of the molds. The leak out the back is supposed to be shaped with 3dimensional droplets and all. What we got looks like it was made by somebody who saw the hippo once and tried to recreate it at home on a blown out mold.
I'd like to send some photos as a supplement. The design behind the hippo, you will see more clearly. The skull is inside, and the feeling of melting flows outside. Don't worry, it won't flow to your keyboard. All liquid designs are the same. Thank you everyone here.
They're giving us way too many cool options these days, instead of just basing your keyboard off if its UK or US layout and deciding from a few solid colours for like under £15, probably comes with free mouse, now you've got different types of keys (mechanical or not), different shapes of keys, light up keys, different key materials, fast keys, silent keys, metal backplating for keyboard, light up backplating round the very edge of the keyboard, bluetooth or none bluetooth, different cable colours/sizes/types... and the endless price tag to come with it xD
