Just my personal impressions of the MOD-M tactile variant: They are pretty comparable to zealios, exchanging extreme smoothness for excellently snappy tactility. That isn't to say that the smoothness of MODs or the tactility of zealios is bad; they just aren't their standout features. You could try to optimize the crap out of either by modding them yourself, but opening up cherry-style switches is such a pain that I'd rather pay someone else to do it for me. In the end, I think the trade off here is worth it because I find the intensity, length, and position of the tactile point in a tactile switch more important than the smoothness of the slider. If you are too lazy to mod your own switches and spend most of your time typing up papers instead of gaming, definitely consider checking out tactile MOD-Ms.
