An update for the group, thanks to the vigilant members of the community we were made aware that a handful of units did not display tracking after our vendor confirmed that all shipments were picked-up and on the way. Our vendor confirmed with their shipping partner that everything was picked up and accounted for, but it looks like somewhere between pick-up and arrival at the distribution center a few shipments were misplaced or mishandled. The vendor has asked the shipper to look into this, but we have yet to hear back. Since this is a slow process, our hobby shop team has been diligently sourcing units from other vendors and we should be able to ship another batch before the end of this week.
Due to the support of the community our vendor is offering a $30 partial refund for the inconvenience to all affected members. Since only a handful of orders were affected please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support and our team will look into your transaction and make sure the refund is applied and another order is shipped when our new vendor is ready to go.
