About 40 years after the clock’s debut, the Mondaine watch company received official license from the Swiss Federal Railways to use this iconic design Read More

trekxI agree that the Stop2Go is a really cool idea. I also more enjoy the engineering feat of a mechanical watch, but do you know of anyone that HAS accomplished this type of complication with a mechanical movement? I haven't researched it really, but I do not.
Given the prices of watches with (what I believe to be) the similarly themed dead beat seconds complication, I suspect that creation and production of a mechanical movement with the Stop2Go functionality would put that watch firmly outside of my price range. My admittedly uneducated guess would be upwards of 3k, and likely more?
At any rate, if you DO know of anyone that has such a complication on a mechanical movement, let me know! I'd love to check it out!
