Mine arrived today. But it is not running as I expected for a Quartz watch. I set date and time. But red second hand is not moving.

ScoredtxSame problem, looks like dead battery, I opened back cover, the stamp on the inside of the cover says 01/14 , I guess it was produced almost 2 years ago and battery will be dead working since then. Took the battery out and will try to get a replace tomorrow.

Taras@Scoredtx @TOPT If your watch arrived with an old battery, please go to your Transactions and reach out to Support. We've discussed how we can resolve the issue so please let us know if this happened to you!
We've also discussed this with the vendor and there shouldn't be an issue moving forward.
