Mine didn't come w the driver cd either, the link atomic posted works. not a bad keyboard, but between the kind of clunky management software and the hard to find driver/lack of driver CD I don't think monoprice will be in the running for the next keyboard I get. That being said it's a pretty decent keyboard.
