Mine won't seem to function properly at all, it is plugged in, and all of the letters at lit up (except WASD), and it does not accept any input at all... Windows device manager does see the keyboard is connected, but it sees it as "Unknown USB Device". I installed the drivers, and it still will not function, please help!

I've got the same issue, massdrop told me to contact Monoprice and vice versa. Really dissapointed that they're just pointing fingers now with no means of actually helping.

Well Massdrop don't make the product, Massdrop is essentially a middleman. So if there is problems in production, Why does massdrop have to take the blame?
