I spoke to support at monoprice and they are sending me an RMA to send back the mousepad for a replacement one due to the crease being an issue

After four days of use the crease isn't going away. I definitely feel it when the mouse moves across it, which is often.

The creases aren't coming out. It's RIDICULOUS that they fold them! Incredibly stupid! Fortunately, I don't notice them when using my mouse. In fact, I can hardly feel them with my fingers. Lucky!

Finally received mine, it's nice but folding it up to ship is absurd. I hope the creases come out of the mouse pad.

just got mine today, about a 4 inch crease in the middle, otherwise its all good, anyone know how to get rid of creases? or just use over time?

NammyI haven't tried but I was thinking an iron on low heat with some thick fabric between the iron and the mouse pad.

I just got mine today. There was two short vertical creases in the middle. The pads weren't rolled; they were folded slightly in a pretty big box. Hopefully, the creases will go away.

I got my Mousepad today in molalla oregon. It was folded into fours slightly, maybe one crease but its not too bad. Very nice quality so far. And for 10$ its a great deal.

Got mine in the mail today :D. Like comment above, mine was folded into a square (two folds). But it was lax? So no crease and currently loving it!

Got it, but folded instead of rolled??!! Wonderful, nice big crease right down the middle of the mouse pad. Didn't the manufacturer ship this? Seems like they could of figured out the surface would be permanently creased and ruined by folding it, not like it wasn't in an overly large box so easily could have been put in one that allowed rolling.
