Great news! Monoprice let us know that the group's order is finally in, and is being prepared to be shipped to us later today.
The order will arrive in a bulk shipment and our warehouse team is ready to break it down into individual packages and send them out to you as soon as it arrives. Even though the circumstance that caused the delay isn't something we could have anticipated, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. Given the extended delay, we ship out everyone's order with faster ship method, just so everyone can receive the order a bit faster.

We finally gotten the update from Monoprice on the status of this drop earlier today. Unfortunately, it isn't the news anyone would like to hear.
For the past couple of months, Monoprice has been giving us the estimated ship date based on the information shown on their internal system. The system comes up with the estimated date by adding standard processing time on top of inbound shipment status from their sea freight provider. This system has been reliable in forecasting the progress of our orders in the past, but it has been exceedingly unreliable due to the labor dispute problem at Port of Long Beach.
In a rather forthcoming and pessimistic phone call we have with Monoprice, they admitted to not know when they can expect the shipment to come in. They know it is in one of the ships that is anchored off shore waiting to be off loaded. But no one at their shipping company is willing to forecast the arrival date of this shipment anymore. As a result of this revelation, Monoprice is also placing many of their products, including this one, on backorder status indefinitely on their own web site.
While this isn't something we could plan for, we sincerely apologize for the trouble caused by this delay. We understand this delay is rather undesirable, and as a token of our appreciation for your support, we'll be issuing a $10 partial refund for each order. If you would prefer not to wait and want to cancel your order instead, please contact support via your transaction page, and we'll take care of your request right away.

Sorry for the late update on this one. We spoke with Monoprice earlier today, and they were waiting for the confirmation from their logistics department for the status of the orders at the time. Monoprice promised to get back to us by the end of the day for the update, but unfortunately we still have yet to receive a response from them.
We will reach out again first thing tomorrow. And we will update again as soon as that happens.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we just spoke with Monoprice earlier today and the updated shipping schedule got pushed back until 3/8.
The labor dispute at the Port of Long Beach is really impeding the inventory replenishment process for Monoprice. We are hoping as the port congestion problem is getting resolved, we might be able to get an improved shipping schedule from Monoprice in a couple of days.

We spoke with Monoprice earlier today and they informed us about the delay on our order as a result of the untimely labour dispute taking place at the Port of Long Beach.
We were informed the order should be ready for shipment to us by Feb 26, though it is subject to change based on the status of the dispute. We understand this delay is rather undesirable.
