Had some issues with DVI connectivity and color hues. Got order # from massdrop, RMA number from monoprice and returned to monoprice. They said I was being issued refund a couple weeks ago but never received. Contacted yesterday and they told me there has been some confusion with massdrop and massdrop will be issuing the refunds. E-mailed Massdrop and never heard back. Now I'm stuck in no man's land. Help!
