Customers in the US can expect to receive their product within 2-4 weeks. For those outside the US it usually takes a bit longer since products have to clear customs and be delivered by the target country's own postal service. Unfortunately we don't have reliable tracking of the products once they've left the US.<br /><br /><br />Will I get a tracking number?<br />Yes, any time your order goes through our fulfillment center — which is most of the time. Some manufacturers choose to send products directly to our customers. This goes faster, but sometimes means we don't get tracking numbers.
