For some reason, the picture does not fill the screen. I've reinstalled all of my drivers, to no avail. The computer tells me it is sending out a 2560x1440 signal, as does the monitor itself, but the picture only fills the center 4/5 (top to botton, thankfully) of the screen. I have roughly 3 inches of black space outside of the picture shown--I've been around tech long enough to know where the bezel ends and the screen starts.<br /><br />I have tried rescaling the video output, but that does nothing because the computer thinks it is using the whole monitor. I also made sure both of my GPUs (2 GTX 670s) and their motherboard slots were fully functioning, and even removed one of them (I did switch them around in various slots) to see if there was an SLI issue. I'm sure there is a quick fix for this, but a half-hour's search on Google produced no results.<br /><br />Please help.

KennethKenneth I set up my monitor yesterday and have been having the same problem. I have two 7970 Ghz cards (tried with and without crossfire). There are black bars on the side, but not on the top and bottom. Also, the picture looks squeezed a bit in the middle. I have tried and searched everything but cannot fix it! Have you found a solution? I just emailed monoprice, but who knows when I will hear from them or if they can fix it.

KennethHi Kenneth-As stated in another post I had the same problem as you. After google searches and emailing monoprice, I still could not find an answer. Last night I went through the monitor menu and under the bottom section I clicked the button for it to do a factory reset. My monitor instantly worked correctly! no more vertical black bars on the sides! It's amazing that monoprice support couldn't advise me to do this... sickysickybrahThat should be an issue with overscan bud, right click go to AMD Catalyst Control Center, My Digital Flat-Panels, Scaling Options and set the slide bar to 0%

sickysickybrahI accidentally caused this issue, if you press the bottom button on the back of the screen it should fix that.
